To keep your workspaces clean and intuitive, Magnifi organizes work through a strict, top-down structural flow:
Understanding the Structural Units
- Organization: Your company's master workspace. This acts as the single source of truth for billing and high-level team management.
- Teams & Sub-Teams: Dedicated functional cohorts (e.g., Frontend Engineering, Brand Design). Teams can contain nested sub-teams for larger organizations.
- Projects: Dedicated boards housing only tasks and subtasks. Projects inside Magnifi feature 4 distinct views to visualize your workflows: Table, List, Kanban, and Timeline.
- Tasks & Subtasks: Actionable, metadata-rich items containing a status (e.g. Todo, In Progress), priority, due date, tags, assignees, and rich descriptions.
