Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing Magnifi (magnifi.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using Magnifi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

Magnifi provides a web-based project and organization management platform (“Service”) that enables teams to create organizations, manage projects, assign tasks, and collaborate in real time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Where materially consequential changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Magnifi. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not create accounts using automated means, or impersonate any person or entity.

You agree not to use Magnifi in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmits malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interferes with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Collects or harvests user data without explicit consent.

All content, features, and functionality of Magnifi — including software, design, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Magnifi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the Service, you grant Magnifi a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of Magnifi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
• We retain anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve the service.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Magnifi offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.

• All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@magnifi.space. We will delete your account and data within 7 business days of receiving a valid deletion request.

Magnifi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. In most cases, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magnifi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where you have the right to bring claims in small claims court under applicable law.
