How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay $3 per user, per month (or $30 per user, per year). Your bill is based on the number of seats your organization has. Add or remove seats whenever your team changes — we prorate the difference.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Teams of up to 5 members can use Magnifi for free, forever. When you grow past that, move to the Team plan and only pay for the seats you need.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Can I change my number of seats later?
Anytime. Add seats as you hire and reduce them when people leave — changes are prorated, so you're only ever paying for what you use.
What if I have more than 50 people?
Reach out at support@magnifi.space for volume pricing and onboarding. We'll reply within 1 business day.
Can I get a refund?
Your first payment is refundable within 14 days. After that you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
