Every task in Magnifi moves through five statuses:

• To Do
• In Progress
• Blocked
• In Review
• Completed

Priorities are Low, Medium and High. Together they cover how work actually moves, so everyone reads the board the same way from the first task.

Jira and Linear are great at letting large companies design their own workflows. Most teams get more from a setup that's already done. When you import from Jira or Linear, we map your statuses onto these five, so your work arrives ready to go.

An organization holds teams. Teams hold projects. Projects hold tasks. Teams can have sub-teams, and tasks can have subtasks.

Because every workspace follows the same shape, anyone who joins your team knows where to look on their first day.

A few things should happen without anyone asking, so Magnifi does them by default. If a comment, mention or assignment for you goes unread, you get an email. When something of yours is due, a morning email reminds you. There are no rules to write.

We keep Magnifi focused on the work your team does every day. Time tracking, invoicing, resource forecasting and automation builders stay out of it, so every screen stays simple.

There's a free plan and one paid plan. Free covers up to 5 people and 5 projects, with every feature. The paid plan removes the limits on people and projects and raises storage from 250 MB to 50 GB. It costs $3 a seat a month, or $30 a year, with no seat minimum.

We keep the price low so a proper home for your work is always within reach of any team. Teams above 50 seats can email us for a custom price.
